Your views are sought on the implementation of the new ALN system.

Rydym wedi lansio ymgynghoriad ar ddewisiadau ar gyfer gweithredu Bil Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru).

Bydd y Bil Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a'r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru) yn creu fframwaith cyfreithiol unedig i gefnogi dysgwyr gydag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol. Bydd yr ystod gyfredol o gynlluniau dysgu statudol ac anstatudol yn cael ei ddisodli gan gynlluniau datblygu unigol (CDU). Bydd hyn yn sicrhau y diogelir hawliau a darpariaeth beth bynnag yw difrifoldeb neu gymhlethdod yr anghenion.

Rydym am glywed eich barn ar sut orau i weithredu'r system Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol newydd.  Cliciwch ar y ddolen isod.

We have launched a consultation on options for implementing the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill.

The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill will create a single, unified framework for supporting learners with additional learning needs. The current range of statutory and non-statutory learning plans will be replaced by individual development plans (IDPs). This will ensure that provision and rights are protected regardless of the severity or complexity of needs.

We want your views on how best to implement the new Additional Learning Needs system.  Please click on the link below.
