Support worker for Integrated Service for Autism in Powys sought.

Job Opportunity – Support Worker – Integrated Service for Autism in Powys.

The vision for the ISAP is one of collaboration between health and social care in partnership with education and third sector services - a truly ‘integrated’ service.

Powys Health Board invite applications for the post of Support Worker within our newly commissioned Integrated Service for Autism in Powys (ISAP). As part of a Wales wide initiative to develop support for individuals with autism, our new world-leading integrated autism service will:
• be lifelong
• offer flexible, easily accessible support that is responsive to need
• overcome barriers between health and social care
• link with, and support, education and employment and other services
• be highly skilled in autism support, also acting as a source of expertise for wider services
